Where can I book with BeSafe Rate?

With over 1.000 partners nationwide, we are present in all regions of Italy and our network is constantly expanding… we have even arrived in Spain!
To see all BeSafe Rate affiliated properties go to our Map and select the location of your next trip. Search for your favourite accommodation, among the available ones, and contact them directly, either via the website or by phone, and when you book simply choose BeSafe Rate

How can I book with BeSafe Rate?

You can book in just three steps:
1. Visit the hotel’s website or contact the property to request a quote;
2. Choose BeSafe Rate;
3. Confirm the reservation according to the payment policy set by the hotel.
You won’t have to pay extra later. Everything is included. We will contact you after you have made the reservation to ask you to provide us with the names of the other guests so that we can extend to them the coverage included in BeSafe Rate.

What is the insured amount?

The amount paid is what is insured. Below is a summary of the most frequent cases:
– Total prepayment of the stay: 100% of the stay is insured.
– Prepayment of a deposit with the balance at check out: the amount of the deposit is covered by insurance.
– Payment in instalments: the amount insured is the sum of the individual payments.
In the event of a claim for a refund, the amount of the sum of the payments received by the hotel shall apply. For further details on the amount covered by the insurance, please consult your hotel directly or contact our Customer Care Department.

Can I change the dates of my stay?

The possibility to change the booking parameters (dates of stay, type of accommodation, number of participants in the stay) depends exclusively on the accommodation facility. If the property agrees to the change, the dates of stay can be changed while still keeping the insurance coverage included.
Please note: a supplement to the agreed price may be charged for changes. Any changes in amount depend exclusively on the internal policy of the single accommodation facility: please get in touch directly with the property in case of need.

Can I edit the names of a guest?

Absolutely, just let us know the new name by sending an email to the addresses listed n the our contact page.
