Can I advertise BeSafe Rate on my direct site or on social media?
Absolutely yes. Accommodations registered with the service can advertise BeSafe Rate through their own online channels, including social media, email, direct website and paid advertisements
At the time of registration, all affiliated accomodationss are provided with a free Digital Kit containing material to be used online and offline, including text, graphics and dedicated and customisable landing pages to be integrated into their website, all optimised to encourage sales of the rate.
For any doubts or information on the texts to be used in their promotional communications, the structures that are part of the BeSafe Rate network can interface with the company’s Marketing Department.
What material digital can I send to the guest in the process of quotation in order to encourage them to choose BeSafe Rate?
You can send us the rate description provided by our staff, which includes the link to the Insurance Policy, as well as attach the information material provided available in the Digital Kit.
For any doubts or information on the texts to be used in their promotional communications, the accomodations that are part of the BeSafe Rate network can interface with the company’s Marketing Department.
How is the tariff sold offline with direct quotation (for example by email)?
In the process of quotation, you can include BeSafe Rate, among the rates already available, with description, cancellation and prepayment policy.
The use of the description provided by our staff is compulsory, as these descriptions have been prepared and optimised in order to encourage the guest to choose pre-payment, with the serenity of the possibility of unforeseen events listed in the Insurance Policy included in the booking.
It is important that the booking confirmation sent to the guest includes the rate description, payment and cancellation policy.
