Which management systems are integrated with the software?
Simple Booking, 5 Stelle, Booking Expert, Passepartout, Sysdat Turismo… these are just some of the Booking Engines, PMSs and Channel Managers that are integrated with BeSafe Rate.They allow users to receive their reservations automatically.
We are constantly evaluating the possibility of finalizing further integrations. Visit the Home Page of our website to see all the management systems integrated with our software.

My management system is not integrated with the software BeSafe Rate. Can I sell the rate?
Absolutely yes. We are integrated with the best management systems, and it is likely that your system is also under the process of being integrated.
You can write us using the Information Request form to tell us which management system you have, and we will contact you to provide you with further information.
In addition, our software also allows you to insert reservations manually and manage them directly from the Private Area. Just fill in the selected fields and, once you have finalized the collections, you have to mark the reservation as collected: the insurance coverage included will be activated automatically when the collections will be confirmed.

I don't use a management system. Even in this case can I sell BeSafe Rate?
Absolutely yes. Our software also allows you to insert reservations manually and manage them directly from the reserved area. It’s very easy to guarantee the insurance coverage included in the cost of the rate: just fill in the selected fields and, once you have finalized the collections, you have to mark the booking as collected:

How do I activate BeSafe Rate in my management system?
Our team will provide you with all the assistance you need to activate the BeSafe Rate in your management system. A BeSafe Rate price list will be created, with a description, cancellation and prepayment policy.
If your management system is integrated, the rate list will be linked to the BeSafe Rate software, automating the rate sales process.
How do I activate the offline/rate through direct quotations (es.email?)
In the process of quotation, you can include BeSafe Rate, with description, cancellation and prepayment policy, among the rates already available.
The use of the description provided by our staff is mandatory, since these descriptions have been prepared and optimized to encourage the guest to choose pre-payment, with the peace of mind of being able to obtain a refund in case of unforeseen circumstances for the reasons listed in the insurance policy included in the booking.
It is important that the booking confirmation sent to the guest includes the rate description, payment and cancellation policy.
