Modify BeSafe Rate booking's information

Can I modify reservation dates booked with BeSafe Rate?

Yes. It is possible to request changes to the dates of your stay by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com or via chat, available in the reserved area.
In order to request a change it is necessary to communicate the name of the account holder of the reservation and the booking number associated with the new dates of stay.

Can I change the number of participants of the stay?

Yes. It is possible to request a change of the number of participants in the stay by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com or via chat, available in the reserved area.
To request a change, it is necessary to communicate the name of the account holder of the reservation and the booking number. New participants will be included in the insurance coverage, free of charge.
Please note that all participants whose names have been communicated are included in the insurance coverage.

Can I change the amount of a reservation?

Yes. It is possible to request a change by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com or via the reserved area. To request the change is necessary to communicate the name of the booker and the booking number.
The change is possible for all bookings not invoiced.
For changes in the amount of invoiced reservations we invite you to contact our customer service by sending an email with the subject “Modify amount of invoiced reservation” to the email address info@besafesuite.com.

 

Can I delete a reservation from the Extranet?

Yes. It is possible to request the cancellation of a booking from the extranet by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com or via chat, available in the reserved area.


In order to request a cancellation, it is necessary to communicate the account holder of the reservation and the booking number.
The cancellation of a booking automatically blocks the insurance coverage associated with that booking.


No commission is generated for cancelled bookings.
Cancellation is possible for all not invoiced bookings.


To request the cancellation of an invoiced booking, please contact our customer service department by sending an email with the subject ‘Cancellation of invoiced booking’ to info@besafesuite.com.

Can I update the reservation amount which provides for payment in tranches or payment deposit?

Please contact us by e-mail to help@besafesuite.com or via Extranet.

A guest wants to make an upgrade in order to extend the stay with BeSafe Rate. What should I do?

Yes, it is possible to proceed. Please contact us by email to help@besaferate.com or via chat in your BeSafe Rate reserved area.

 

A guest who makes a reservation with BeSafe Rate wants to delete it. What should I do?

Please invite your guest to contact our Staff by sending an email to info@besafesuite.com and we will provide them with the necessary assistance to the opening of the file with the insurance company.
