Description
BeSafe Rate is the rate that protects your guests from unforeseen events, guaranteeing a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in the event of cancellation and assistance during their stay for the cases specified in the Insurance Policy.
Coverage included valid from reservation to check out.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: in the event of cancellation, up to 100% of the prepaid amount may be reimbursed for unforeseen events such as illness (COVID-19 included), hospitalization, accident, holiday cancellation.
ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure, your guest can benefit from medical assistance, luggage guarantee, theft and roadside assistance.

Payment policy
The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
The rate includes 10% VAT. The rate does not include tourist tax.
Cancellation policy
BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation due to unforeseen events and offers refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount according to the Insurance Policy terms applied at the time of booking.
Insurace coverage included
- Refund of up to 100% of the stay in case of cancellation due to unforeseen events;
- Coverage of medical expenses and medicines in case of accident or illness during the stay;
- Guarantee of a refund in the event of theft or non-delivery of luggage;
- Pandemic illness and personal quarantine included in insurance coverage;
- On-site roadside assistance (from 24 hours before the start of the trip upon reaching the place of departure of the trip);
- Coverage of accommodation costs in case of forced stay in the city where you are on holiday;
- Interruption of stay.
Pricing
You will only pay a customized fee on the total prepaid amount and will not be charged any activation costs or monthly fees.
