BeSafe Pet

BeSafe Pet is the insured rate designed for pet-friendly stays. It protects your guests from unexpected events, guaranteeing reimbursement of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in case of cancellation and assistance during the stay, according to the conditions set out in the Policy Documentation.

Included cover valid from booking to check-out.

CANCELLATION COVER: in case of cancellation due to unexpected events, guests may request reimbursement of up to 100% of the prepaid amount.

ASSISTANCE DURING THE STAY: from arrival to departure, your guest can benefit from healthcare assistance, baggage cover, theft cover and roadside assistance.

SPECIAL PET COVER: the solution designed for guests travelling with their pet and for properties that want to enhance their pet-friendly offer.

The cost of the room and stay will be charged at the time of booking. The rate includes VAT. The rate does not include the tourist tax.

The BeSafe Pet rate guarantees cancellation cover for unexpected events and offers reimbursement of up to 100% of the prepaid amount, in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy applied at the time of booking.

• CANCELLATION FOR ANY DOCUMENTABLE CAUSES (e.g. illness, accident, holiday cancellation) up to the day of check-in and refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount.
• TRIP INTERRUPTION: if a serious unexpected event occurs during your trip, such as hospitalisation, bereavement or damage to your home, you can interrupt your stay and receive a refund for the unused services.
• ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure, you will benefit from medical assistance, baggage protection, theft cover, roadside assistance and veterinary assistance in Italy.
• DEDICATED CUSTOMER CARE before, during and after your stay.

You will only pay a personalised commission on the total prepaid amount, with no activation costs or monthly fees.
