With the Welcome Cashback promotion, BeSafe Rate welcomes new properties with an incentive designed to get started in the best possible way: 15% cashback for 3 months.
Who is the promotion for?
The promotion is dedicated to all properties that are not yet BeSafe Rate clients and that register by May 15th, 2025 using the code “WELCOME15”.
The initiative is also valid for hotel groups or chains already using BeSafe Rate who wish to add new properties to the service: each new property added that registers with the code WELCOME15 is entitled to 15% cashback on BeSafe Rate commissions for the first 3 months of activity.
Each property will be considered individually for the purposes of the promotion, provided it has never activated BeSafe Rate before.
What does the incentive include?
Properties registering within the stated deadline will receive 15% cashback on BeSafe Rate commissions for the first 3 months of activity, excluding the month of registration.
Example:
- Registration date: May 5th, 2025
- Cashback valid on: June, July, August
If no bookings are received during any of those months, the cashback will not be issued for that specific month.
Cashback disbursement method
The cashback will be issued through a credit note sent along with the invoice for the relevant month.
Example:
- Monthly BeSafe commission invoice: €5,000 (VAT excluded)
- Cashback: 15% of the invoice amount = €750 (plus VAT)
At the end of the month, the property will receive:
- An invoice of €5,000 (plus VAT)
- A credit note of €750 (plus VAT)
Collection options:
- Offset: Pay only €4,250 (plus VAT) by deducting the amount of the credit note from the invoice
- Bank transfer: Receive the amount of the credit note via bank transfer (subject to regular payment status)
